Where the camp is located
Camp will be held at Cawthra Park Secondary School, located at 1305 Cawthra Road, Mississauga. The school offers excellent indoor and outdoor facilities, perfect for a full week of sports and activities.
Who the camp is for
LIFE Sports Camp is for children and teens aged 11 to 17. Please note that participants should be able to independently take part in the sports and activities. We do not have enough staff to provide personalized support for children with higher needs.
While the camp is a Christian ministry (service) to the community, and has a Bible component, those from all religious and non-religious backgrounds are welcome. We have children and teens from many different religious and secular backgrounds attend the camp.
What to expect
Participants will be placed into groups of 15-20. Each group will usually have two counsellors assigned to it. The group will travel together through the day’s sports sessions and Bible sessions.
Participants can expect to play a variety of sports, learn from the Bible, and enjoy time with others of a similar age/grade. Some of the sports sessions will be outdoors, while others will be indoors.

- dodgeball
- handball
- volleyball
- ultimate frisbee
Lunch
Each day a free lunch is served. Participants can choose which portions of each meal they want to eat. A rough lunch menu will be provided to those who have registered a few days before the camp begins.
Please note that we are not able to provide modified lunches for those with dietary or religious concerns. We would suggest that children needing a more specific diet bring their own lunch.
Our child had a wonderful time at Life Sports Camp this year. They came home every day full of stories, excitement, and smiles. The energy, care, and fun-filled environment you and the team create is truly appreciated. We honestly wish the camp lasted an entire month — one week just didn’t feel like enough!
